Annabel: I’m one of the very few female race drivers in the UK. I race cars purpose built for racing at places like Silverstone.

Jackie:  WOW! how long have u been doing that?

Annabel:  my first season was in 2000 where I raced in the Scottich Ford Fiesta Si Championship

Jackie:  what would u say has been the most excting race, & why?

Annabel:  Croft circuit 2005 Renault Clio Cup. I set fastest sector time in testing and raced hard despite a broken clutch!

Jackie:  I hesitate to ask, but any broken bones along the way?

Annabel:  no broken bones. Just a little bruised and battered along the way!

Jackie:  phew! that’s a relief, how did u get started with racing?

Annabel:  I wanted to race my BMX on a track when I was 12 – it all started then!

Jackie:  what about success then for u Annabel, is it all about the money?

Annabel:  success is winning races/championships. Money allows me to be the best I can, achieve great results to inspire others

Jackie:  I’ve never met a racing driving previously, so found what u do extremely inspiring

Annabel:  thank you!

Jackie:  so what’s your next big race?

Annabel:  ask any race driver that question and the answer will it depends on funding. Hopefully the Porsche UK Carerra Cup

Jackie:  in my ignorance, when is that? Pay attention all potential sponsors!

Annabel: very soon! Testing from now until mid summer and then half a season from mid summer

Sonia:  be mindful of the company you surround yourself with &.. It’s important to be at the table not outside the door in business

Jackie:  r u a fish and chips kinda gal?

Sonia:  Fish and chips when things are tough & you just need that extra bit of comfo & EFT or NLP aint cutting it

smoked salmon & champagne in full make up while sending out emails!! You got to look, do & be serious in business!

Jackie:  thinking champagne etc, who’d be round your dinner table of positive thinker

Sonia:  Sir Nicholas Montagu, Theresa May, Oprah, Michelle Obama, Truett Tate & India Main Grey and maybe Piers Morgan as the server

Jackie:  an interesting mix indeed! love to be a fly on the wall there!

Sonia:  Don’t make business personal or you’ll always feel down. Ask yourself the right questions for success & you’ll see better results

Sonia:  It’s passion and profits if you get your strategy right. Learn & interact with the best so you’ll be top of your game.

Evelyne:  It’s all about the money.That’s why I’m a creative happy spirit working with creatives. I think about nothing else

success for me comes from succession.It’s about the fun of building a juicy foundation to grow &blossom our potential.

Carole:  Thanks Julia for the question. I would say a beginning a middle and an end. You are taking your audience on a journey.  You need to decide where you would like them to start on that journey and what you are going to take them through.  And what the call to action is going to be.

Heather:  Wiggly Wigglers is based on a farm in Herefordshire – we make the good life easy and in our village we have 63 humans

Jackie:  How long have u been doing that Heather?

Heather:  We’ve been in business for 20 years now – for many years there was just me and now there are 14 wigglets

Jackie:  and what do your humans do there?

Heather:  We have a team of 4 in the office answering questions about composting and taking orders and tracking – 2 florists

Heather:  I just LOVE the variety I have had a day when I packed parcels, met the Queen & made a podcast… etc

love the fact that we are all trying our best for the customer – rock on Wiggly Warehouse – get those orders out….

Annabel:  I think NI holiday more efficient than subsidies, we pay to collect and distribute otherwise!  even abolishing NI for additional headcount non age related would be good – one year? if non age related no need to check age, we already do annual PAYE returns, nil extra admin

Annabel:  churning eliminated if we go by headcount not employees (replacements   wont be additional headcount) I don’t think your twitterviews always start with politics law and tax – welcome to my world and enjoy.  Sentiment with young unemployed but reality tough for any age. Govt can’t ‘create’ real jobs but should stop making it hard via NI

Annabel:   web content will be around redundancy, TUPE, representing yourself at tribunal and contracting for performance rather than compliance

I get so cross when managers don’t manage because they think they can’t.  Not fair on hardworking employees of which there are many despite what you see in the newspapers!!  Business owners to bamboozled by newspapers have no idea of what real rights they have and can get. Employees equally so afraid of the DOLE they put up with almost anything sometimes – not good.  I want to help people break away from all that fear and start dealing with the real issues, not the paranoia

Jackie:  what do you like to do when not working?

Annabel:  when not working I love to dance, sing, also learning stand up comedy.  Singing for charity on th Feb 2012 with #sistersroar at St Brides, Fleet Street – will be fun if I remember the words! !

Annabel: I figure I should do stand up since often people say to me you must be joking (about employment law).  Of course, I am not the joker when it comes to employment law – the government is
